# Overview

The **Session Enquiry **screen allows you to view and review the user session information based on a selected date range.

> ℹ️ A Frameworks Session is the period on time that a user (including a background tasks) is logged into Frameworks on a particular device.

# Accessing the Session Enquiry Screen

To access the session enquiry screen, perform the following:.

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu** and navigate to **System Administration > Users & Security > Auditing > Session Enquiry **from the navigation tree.
2. Click **Find** to view all the sessions from the last month.

# Navigating the Session Enquiry Screen

Once you have opened the session enquiry screen, you will be able to view session information for a selected date range. The session enquiry screen is made up of 2 sections.

1. The **Search Options**
2. The **Results Grid**

## 1. The Search Options

In the **Search **section, you can refine the session results by selecting a **Start **and **End **date range, using the **Date Picker** icon, and clicking **Find**.

> ℹ️ The date range defaults to the last 30 days.

## 2. The Results Grid

From within the **Results Grid,** you can view the following session information:

| **Field** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Login** and** Logout** | These fields display the session Login and Logout date and time. If a session expires then the logout time is assumed. |
| **Cnt** | Displays the Concurrent User licence count for at the time the session is started. |
| **Note** | Displays any notes related to the session, for example, *Login time assumed (Session expired)* or *Assuming dead session (Not used).* |
| **User ID** | Displays the logged in User Id. |
| **Name** | Displays the Users name for the user id. |
| **Frameworks Device** | Displays the allocated devices id used for the session. |
| **Operating system** | Display the operating system that the session is running from. |
| **Display device** | Displays what device the session is being run on, for example, a Desktop PC. |
| **Window Height** and** Width** | Displays information related the desktops sessions monitor resolution. |
| **Session Expired** | Displays the sessions expiry date and time if the user has not logged out of the session. |
| **Last Used** | Displays the last time that the session called the app server. |
| **User Agent** | Displays information related to which user agent has created the session.<br>- Frameworks: A physical user has logged into Frameworks to preform a task.
- Background: A scheduled background task as been performed. |
| **Client IP** | Displays the IP Address of the computer the session has be originated from. |

> ℹ️ By default only the first 50 results are loaded. You can move to the next page of results using the page navigation in the bottom right of the screen.
