# Overview
The** Tier Pricing Enquiry** option allows users with access to the *TierPriceEnquiryView* activity to view tier prices for customers but NOT maintain them. Users are not able to import, add or maintain products or edit prices. Refer to [Creating a Frameworks User ID](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28386228) to add the *TierPriceEnquiryView* activity to the program Security Group for the user.
If a User has access to the [Product Tier Pricing Dashboard](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28402830) (ProductTierPricingView), they can import products, add existing products, maintain existing products, assign tier pricing to a product, modify tier prices & update future tier pricing. # Accessing Tier Pricing Enquiry
Click **Frameworks** then type **Tier Pricing Enquiry **(or select **Tier Pricing Enquiry **from within the **Inventory** - **Tier Pricing** navigation tree).
## Searching for existing customised tier pricing
To search for existing tier pricing for a product in the Tier Pricing Enquiry, perform the following:
1. Click **Frameworks **then type **Tier Pricing Enquiry **(or select** Tier Pricing Enquiry **from within the **Inventory** navigation tree).
2. Search for the product by the **From Product** and **To Product** fields, via the **Product Group**, via the **Supplier** name, via the **Effective From** and **Effective To** dates, via the **Section** or via the **On Contract** fields, then click **Find**.
3. Select the *Product Number* link to open & view the appropriate product tier pricing record.
