# Overview

The** Picking Dashboard **option <span style="color: #333333">allows you to view and maintain all sales orders to be picked.</span>

# Accessing the Picking Dashboard

To access the **Picking Dashboard, **perform the following:

- Click the **Frameworks Menu** and navigate to **Sales **> **Transaction Picking** > **Picking Dashboard** from the navigation tree.
- Click **Find **to view all the current orders available to be picked and released.

> ℹ️ The **Branch** field defaults to the current session branch.

# Navigating the Picking Dashboard

The **Picking Dashboard** is made up of 2 main sections:

1. The Search Options
2. The Results Grid

## 1. The Search Options

### Basic Search:

- You can refine your search by **Customer, Branch, Picking Group, Despatch Method **and **To Date. **Once the search criteria has been entered, click > Macro (inline-media-image)

 to return a list of sales orders.

### Advanced Search:

- Clicking on the > Macro (inline-media-image)

 button displays additional search options to help you further refine your search results. The additional search fields available are **Order#, Status, Assigned to, Customer Order# **and/or to **Include Incomplete **orders.
- Click > Macro (inline-media-image)

 once your search criteria have been entered. To return to the original filter criteria, click > Macro (inline-media-image)

## 2. The Results Grid

Contains a list of sales orders that match the search criteria. Click the **Order** hyperlink to open the **Pick and Release** screen.

> ⚠️ Sales orders on **Order Hold** are NOT displayed.

| **Header** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Order** | The pre-assigned order number. Click the hyperlink of the respective order to open it and begin picking.<br>The order number can be highlighted to indicate the following:<br>- Any orders highlighted **red **require credit approval as they are for customers on suspended or held status.
- Any orders highlighted **yellow** are for Cash/COD customers. |
| **B/O** | The backorder number that represents how many times the original transaction has been backordered. |
| **Pick Id** | Click the hyperlink to open the **Pick Id** screen.<br>> ✅ Refer to [Pick By Picking ID ](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28381340) for more information. |
| **Brn** | The branch the order is associated with. |
| **Date Conf.** | Shows whether the transaction has had the Delivery Date confirmed.<br>> ⚠️ This column is hidden by default.<br>> ✅ Refer to [Advanced Grid Features](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/fwksproau/pages/30509842) for additional information on how to display hidden columns. |
| **Customer Ref** | The customer order reference number added by the customer's request. |
| **Picking/Order Status** | The current progress of the pick and release process and what picking group the order may be assigned to.<br>> ✅ Refer to [Picking Order Status ](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28402374) for more information. |
| **Assignee** | The user the order has been assigned to. |
| **Picker** | The user responsible for the picking of the order. |
| **Picked Date Time** | The date and time in which the order was picked. |
| **Sales Mgr Checked** | Enabled if the sales manager has checked the picking. |
| **Transport Checked** | Enabled if the transport has been checked. |
| **Checker** | The user responsible for checking the order. |
| **Checked Date Time** | Date and time in which the order was checked. |
| **Loc** | The assembly location of the order has been allocated.<br>> ✅ Refer to [Assembly Location Dashboard](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28408902) for more information. |
| **Linked PO** | If the sales order is linked to a purchase order, a Linked Purchase Order icon > Macro (inline-media-image)

The [Linked Purchase Orders](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/fwksproau/pages/30523144) icon will change colour depending on the following:

- The Linked Purchase Order icon becomes <span style="color: #ffc400">**yellow **</span>> Macro (inline-media-image)

 when the supplier purchase order is **partially receipted** in the Picking Dashboard.
- The Linked Purchase Order icon becomes <span style="color: #36b37e">**green **</span>> Macro (inline-media-image)

 when the supplier purchase order is **fully receipted** in the Picking Dashboard.
- The Linked Purchase Order icon becomes <span style="color: #ff5630">**red **</span>> Macro (inline-media-image)

 when the supplier purchase order has **stock return** or **value claim** in the Picking Dashboard.
- The Linked Purchase Order icon becomes <span style="color: #4c9aff">**blue **</span>> Macro (inline-media-image)

 when the supplier purchase order is **NOT receipted** yet in the Picking Dashboard.
