# Sales Order Dashboard

- **New** - When a quote is created.
- **Confirmed **- When a quote has been marked as a Entry Complete.
- **Printed **- Once the quote has been printed or emailed.
- **New** - When an order is created.
- **Waiting** - Once the picking slip is printed.
- **Picking** - Once the PDA has selected the order to be picked or the Frameworks UI has updated/save any data.
- **Picked** - Once the order is checked.
- **Invoiced** - Once the order has been released.

# <span style="color: #003366">Picking Dashboard</span>

## <span style="color: #003366">Picking Status</span>

You can have multiple picking groups for a single order. If all Picking Group's are the same status. For example: Complete it roll up to the Pick Order then Pick Header

The picking status is displayed as -  Picking Group: Status / Bundle number 

- **New **- The order is ready to be picked or is currently being picked.
- **Complete** - The **Complete Picking** has been selected.
- **Picked** - The **Check Picking **has been done and selected.
- **Invoiced **- Once the order has been released.

## <span style="color: #003366">Order Status</span>

There is only one pick Order for each order / back order suffix. If all orders on a pick have the same status then it is rolled up to pick_header by the picking id. There can be multiple orders with the same picking id (PWL branch transfer)

- **New **- The order is ready to be picked.
- **Picking** - The picking slip has been printed.
- **Complete **- The **Complete Picking** has been selected.
- **Picked** - The **Check Picking **has been done and selected.
- **Invoiced **- Once the order has been released.
