Once you’ve subscribed to an event, you can choose how the information needs to get to your customers, suppliers, or employees.

Currently, the system supports:

- **Email**: a suitable SMTP server configuration is required
- **SMS**: requires an internet-based SMS solution
- **Frameworks Notification**: requires Frameworks to be installed
- **Create-Task: **requires Frameworks to be installed
- **3**<sup>**rd**</sup>** Party Systems**: certain events can be output to supported 3<sup>rd</sup> party systems such as Detrack. Getswift or via Webhooks (API).

> ⚠️ You can subscribe to multiple actions per event.
