### **Overview of the Detrack Integration with Frameworks**

Frameworks provides full integration with the DeTrack 3rd Party vehicle tracking and Proof of Delivery (POD) system. 

Frameworks provides a method of connecting to the DeTrack API directly using Notifications. The integration between Frameworks & DeTrack is a chargeable add-on to the Frameworks application.

The** Detrack dashboard** is an online web based dashboard which allows users to monitor and control their deliveries and collections.

<span style="color: #003366">Prerequisities for Detrack</span>

<span style="color: #003366">The prerequisites for implementing the Detrack Integration are:</span>

- <span style="color: #003366">Frameworks Implemented and using the Sales Modules (refer to Available Frameworks Packages under </span><span style="color: #003366">[Frameworks Transition from ProStix Overview](https://sterkb.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/createpage.action?spaceKey=FTFP&title=Frameworks%20Transition%20from%20ProStix%20Overview)</span><span style="color: #003366"> for further information).</span>
- <span style="color: #003366">Minimum Frameworks Version required 5.2.</span>
- <span style="color: #003366">Customers will need to register with Detrack in order to obtain an API code which is used to integrate Frameworks with the Detrack Application. ### **Steps to Implement Detrack**

#### Step 1:  Requirements

- Identify requirements for Detrack as per [detrack](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28402158/Detrack+Integration+Overview#detrack) outlined above.

#### Step 2. Agree Scope of Work

- Approve Quotation
- Sterland confirm timeline and resources

#### Step 3. Configuration and Setup

- Configuration of Frameworks to allow integration with the Detrack Application.

#### Step 4. Training & Staff Readiness

- Walkthrough of functionality and handover to customer to complete testing.

#### Step 5. Go Live

- Sterland to provide remote support during go live cut-over.

#### Step 6. Support & BAU

- Services team to handover to support for ongoing BAU support as per the standard support maintenance agreement.

### Services and Licensing Costs

What will be required:

1. Frameworks DeTrack Integration Licence:  Contact Sterland for quote.
2. Subscribe to  DeTrack 3rd Party Application.  NOTE:  DeTrack will provide 1 free vehicle licence.   This is an additional cost that you will need to pay directly to DeTrack.

  2. Sterland will discuss with you when notification is automatically be sent to customers. Sterland will then setup the utbox integration with Frameworks.
