the **Transport Planning Calendar** is used by Transport Managers to quickly view and access daily transport plans and orders.

# <span style="color: #003366">Accessing the transport planning calendar</span>

To access the **Transport Planning Calendar, **from the **Home Dashboard, **perform the following:

1. Click **Frameworks **then navigate to **Central Allocations >Transport Planning** from the navigation tree.
2. When you first open the screen, a calendar is displayed containing:
  - All the days in the current calendar month. By default, the screen shows the current month.
  - **Quantity ordered:** Total amount (in TNs) of all products, on all orders for the selected day
  - **Quantity allocated:** Total vehicle load (in TNs) allocated against orders for the selected day
  - "**There are unassigned orders**": Only displayed if at least one of the orders on the day does not have a vehicle assigned against it
  - Today's date is shown in <span style="color: #ffbdad">**pink**</span>.
3. Change the calendar month by clicking the arrows at the top of the screen > Macro (inline-media-image)

4. Click on any day to open up that day's transport plan and transport orders.
