# <span style="color: #003366">Overview</span>

Once a timber product has been created and the **Timber / Sheet Information **has been updated in [Product Maintenance ](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28378114) the **Create Timber Product Search Records **task needs to be run to make the products available from the [Timber Pack Creation ](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28392246) function. Only products which have the **Length Tally **box ticked will be added to the timber pack creation screen.

# Adding Timber Products

To run the **Create Timber Product Search Records **task, perform the following:

1. Click **Frameworks **then navigate to **Timber Packs > Utilities & Scheduled Tasks > Create Timber Product Search Records **from the navigation tree.
2. Click the **Submit** button in the bottom of the screen.

> ℹ️ If you want to schedule this task, click on the **Scheduled **tab and set the frequency settings before clicking on the submit button

> ⚠️ Before submitting the job, please note that this could involve some overhead and time in processing the results.

3. Click on **OK **from the confirmation screen and you will be taken to the **Output **screen where the results of the completed task will be displayed, dependent on how is scheduled.
4. Once completed you can **Close** the tab.
5. Open the [Timber Pack Creation ](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28392246)tab and the updated timber products will be available.
