# Overview

<span style="color: #333333">The </span>**Brand Maintenance**<span style="color: #333333"> option allows you to setup brands that can then be assigned to a branch, and allows multiple branches in a company to use different branch brands. There is also a facility to print certain customer-facing statements on suitably branded stationery. </span>

# <span style="color: #172b4d">Defining Brands</span>

To access and define brands in **Brand Maintenance**, perform the following:

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu**, then navigate to **System Administration > System Tables > Brand Maintenance **from the navigation tree.
2. From here, you can **Add,** **Updated **and **Remove **the Brand information by:
  1. Click **Add** to create a new line and enter the following information:
    - **Brand ID**: Enter a unique identifier for the brand.
    - **Description**: Enter a description for the brand.
    - **Sequence**: Enter a sequence number to be used in queries for ordering.
  2. To update any of the **Brand Maintenance **fields, click on the** **field you want to adjust and make the required changes.
  3. To remove a Branch Transfer Pricing %, select the **line **and click **Remove**.
3. Click **Save** to commit any changes.
