# Overview

The **Runsheet Defaults Maintenance** system table allows you to setup and define **Runsheet Defaults** per **Branch,** **Truck**, and Driver. This information is then used by the [Runsheet Maintenance](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28399634) screen.

# <span style="color: #172b4d">Defining the </span>Runsheet Defaults

To access and define your runsheet defaults, perform the following:

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu**, then navigate to **System Administration > System Tables > Runsheet Defaults Maintenance **from the navigation tree.
2. From here, you can **Add,** **Updated **and **Remove** the Runsheet Defaults by:
  1. To add a new Runsheet Default, click **Add** and enter the following information:
    - **Branch**: Enter the branch you are defining the default for
    - **Truck ID**: Enter the vehicle to add to the runsheet.
    - **Driver ID**: Enter the driver to add to the runsheet.
    - **# Runs**: Enter the number of runs assigned to the driver to the vehicle defined.
  2. To update any of the **Runsheet Defaults Maintenance **fields, click on the** **field you want to adjust and make the required changes.
  3. To remove a Branch Transfer Pricing %, select the **line **and click **Remove**.

> ℹ️ Use the **Search** icon to open the **Branch, Truck ID, **and** Driver ID Finders** to help search for the required information.

3. Click **Save** to commit any changes

# Applying the Runsheet Defaults 

Once the Runsheet defaults have been defined, you will need to run and/or schedule the **Build Default Runsheet Headers** schedulable task. Once run, the defaults will be applied for the next 7 days. 

> ℹ️ Existing runs will not be overwritten.
