# Overview

<span style="color: #333333">The </span>**Frameworks Licence Maintenance**<span style="color: #333333"> module is used to maintain the number of </span>*active*<span style="color: #333333"> users that a Company can have at the same time. Active users are defined via the </span><span style="color: #333333">*Login Disabled*</span><span style="color: #333333"> field in User Maintenance. If a user has a </span><span style="color: #333333">*Max Sessions *</span><span style="color: #333333">count of 3, then that user consumes 3 licences</span>
