# Overview

<span style="color: #333333">The </span>**Stock Zone Maintenance**<span style="color: #333333"> option allows you to setup the different stock zones for products. </span>

# <span style="color: #172b4d">Defining Stock Zones</span>

To access and define stock zones in **Stock Zone Maintenance**, perform the following:

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu**, then navigate to **System Administration > System Tables > Stock Zone Maintenance **from the navigation tree.
2. From the **Branch **drop-down select the relevant branch you want to work with.
3. From here, you can **Add,** **Updated **and **Remove **the Stock Zone information by:
  1. Click **Add** to create a new line and enter the following information:
    - **Stock Zone**: Enter a 2-digit unique code for the zone.
    - **Zone Type**: From the drop-down menu, select one of the Zone. These are:
      - Storage
      - Receive
      - Sell
      - Quarantine
      - Marshall
      - Despatch
  2. To update any of the **Stock Zone Maintenance **fields, click on the** **field you want to adjust and make the required changes.
  3. To remove a stock zone, select the **line **and click **Remove**.

4. Click **Save** to commit any changes
