# Overview

The **Delivery Address Maintenance **option <span style="color: #333333">allows you to manage the customer's delivery addresses.</span>

# <span style="color: #003366">Searching for an existing Delivery Address Record</span>

To search for an existing Delivery Address, perform the following:

> Macro (rw-ui-steps-macro)
> 
> > Macro (rw-step)
> 
> Click > Macro (inline-media-image)
> 
> then navigate to **Sales > Maintenance > Delivery Address Maintenance **from the navigation tree.
> 
> > Macro (rw-step)
> 
> In the **Search **field, enter the Customer No, or name or partial name then click > Macro (inline-media-image)
> 
> to update the search results.
> 
> > ℹ️ Or click > Macro (inline-media-image)
> > ℹ️ 
> > ℹ️ to search for all Customers.
> 
> > Macro (rw-step)
> 
> Click on the customer **Number **hyperlink corresponding to the customer's name.

# <span style="color: #003366">Adding a new Customer's Delivery Address Record</span>

To add a new customer Delivery Address, from the **Delivery Address Maintenance **screen, perform the following:

> Macro (rw-ui-steps-macro)
> 
> > Macro (rw-step)
> 
> Search for then select the Customer you would like to add a Delivery Address record for.
> 
> > Macro (rw-step)
> 
> Click > Macro (inline-media-image)
> 
>  to add a new Delivery Address record for that Customer.
> 
> > ℹ️ The delivery sequence number is automatically assigned as the next incremental number (starting from 0). This number can be used as a shortcut to reference the address in other functions within Frameworks when entered into the **Deliver To** field.
>

> If applicable, search for > Macro (inline-media-image)
> 
>  then select the appropriate contract via the **Contract** # field.
> 
> > Macro (rw-step)

> If applicable, type the *Customer Order Reference No* into the **Customer Order Ref** field.
> 
> > Macro (rw-step)
> 
> Type the *customer's delivery name & address details* into the **Delivery Name**, **Address**, **Suburb/City** & **State** fields.
> 
> > Macro (rw-step)
> 
>  If applicable, type any *special instructions* into the **Instructions** field.
> 
> > Macro (rw-step)
> 
> Type the *Customer's contact name* and *contact number* into the **Contact Name** & **Contact Number** fields.
> 
> > Macro (rw-step)
> 
> If applicable, type any *comments* into the **Comments** field.
> 
> > Macro (rw-step)
> 
> If applicable, search for > Macro (inline-media-image)
> 
>  then select the *map reference* for the delivery in the **Map Ref** field.
> 
> > Macro (rw-step)
> 
> If applicable, type the *appropriate map cross reference for the delivery* in the **Map XRef** field
> 
> > Macro (rw-step)
> 
> If applicable, search for > Macro (inline-media-image)
> 
>  then select the *delivery area* *for the delivery *in the **Delivery Area** field.
> 
> > Macro (rw-step)
> 
> Click **Save. **

# <span style="color: #003366">Removing a Customer's Delivery Address Record</span>

To add a new customer Delivery Address, from the **Delivery Address Maintenance **screen, perform the following:

> Macro (rw-ui-steps-macro)
> 
> > Macro (rw-step)
> 
> Search for then select the Customer you would like to add a Delivery Address record for.
> 
> > Macro (rw-step)
> 
> Highlight the appropriate address to remove.
>

> Click **Remove **to remove the selected Delivery Address record for that Customer.
