The **Sales GP Trend** section within the **Management Dashboard **provides a graph of the GP trends of sales that have taken place within a financial year broken down on a per month basis. On the same graph the cash and accounts sales are identified as well as a combination of the two. This section can be used to easily identify the months within the year that the peaks and troughs within sales take place.

> ✅ The Management dashboard has the ability to show negative sales gp% to the value of -999.99%.

> ⚠️ ## Security Group Access Requirements
> ⚠️ 
> ⚠️ To access the **Monthly GP%** dashboard, a user's security group must include the `SalesTrendsDashView` Frameworks activity.
> ⚠️ 
> ⚠️ Depending on the level of access required, also include any of the following activities:
> ⚠️ 
> ⚠️ - **Filters:** `SalesTrendFiltersView` grants access to the filters section of the **Monthly GP%** dashboard.
> ⚠️ - **Sales Trends:** `SalesTrendView` grants access to the sales trends section of the **Monthly GP%** dashboard.
> ⚠️ - **GP Trends:** `SalesGPTrendView` grants access to the GP trends section of the **Monthly GP%** dashboard.
