The **Sales Calendar** section within the **Management Dashboard **provides general information about sales that take place within a month. The **Sales Calendar** shows the total dollar value of the **sales**, the **GP%** and the **count** of sales transactions for each day on the calendar, all values are **GST EX**. For further details on specific dates you can run a corresponding** reports** from the system. 

## Screen Structure

### Weekly Sales

To the right of the calendar, the weekly sales are displayed for the month including the total value of sales, GP%, number of transactions, and average value of each sale for the week (total $ value for the week divided by the number of transactions for the week).

### Monthly Sales

Monthly sales are displayed to the left of the sales calendar, and include the total value of sales GP%, number of sales/transactions, and the average value of each sale for the month (total $ value divided by the number of transactions).

### Future orders

Future Orders are displayed to the left and right of the sales calendar.

On the left side, Future order values are calculated based on the Order Delivery date of the transaction being greater than today but less than the end of the month. Example: Future projected sales for the month.

To the right of the sales calendar, the weekly Future Orders provides a displays of the weekly sales total, GP%, number of transactions plus the average price of each order within each week (Example: Total Sales divided by number of transactions).

### Projected Total

The monthly Projected total displays the combination of a current monthly sales to date and any remaining future orders within the period.

### Past Orders

Past orders are any order type transaction in the system with a delivery date less than today.

### Current Quotes

Total value of all quotes in the system that have an expiry date that is greater than today's date with a count of how many transactions are included in the total $ value.

> ⚠️ Template Quotes are **not** included in the total value or quote count.

### Due to Expire

Total value of all quotes that are due to expire within the next 7 days and a count of the number of transactions included in the total value.

---

### Expired Quotes

Total value of all quotes that are still "Active" but have an expiry date that is less than todays' date with a count of the number of transactions included in the total value.

> ⚠️ To access the **Sales** dashboard, a user's security group must include the `salesDashView` Frameworks activity.

> ⚠️ Depending on the level of access required, also include any of the following activities:

> ⚠️ - **Filters:** `SalesCalendarFiltersView` grants access to the filters section of the **Sales** dashboard.
> ⚠️ - **Summary:** `SalesCalendarSummaryView` grants access to the summary section of the **Sales** dashboard.
> ⚠️ - **Calendar:** `SalesCalendarMonthView` grants access to the calendar section of the **Sales** dashboard.
> ⚠️ - **Weekly Totals:** `SalesCalendarWeeklyView` grants access to the weekly totals section of the **Sales** dashboard.
