# Overview

The Management Dashboard provides you with trending information regarding the various financial and sales transactions that have taken place over a 12-month period, these include:

- Sales Calendar
- Sales Trend
- Sales GP Trend
- Stock On Hand
- Debtors/Creditors
- Financial

# Using the Management Dashboard

To use the **Management Dashboard**, perform the following:

1. Click the **Management Dashboard** icon from the top middle section of the Frameworks Home Dashboard to access the **Management Dashboard**.
2. Click **Drill **to open a new screen and view more information about each section.

**Sales**

Provides a break-down of sales on a monthly view, showing the value of total daily sales, gross product and the number of transactions that took place on the day.

**Monthly Sales	**

Provides a graphical view of the volume of sales over a financial year period, these are broken down into Cash, Account and Total sales.

**Debtors/Creditors	**

Provides a graphical view of the creditors and debtors position over a 12-month rolling period.

---

**Stock**	

Provides a graphical view of the Total stock dollar value over a 12-month rolling period.

---

**Sales GP Trend	**

Provides a graphical view of the Gross Product (GP) that is made over a financial year period, these are broken down into Cash, Account and Total GP.

**Financial	**

Provides a graphical view of the companies month by month revenue, expenses and net profit position over a 12-month period.

Creates or updates the KPI Data table for Product Stock.
