# Overview

Once a GL Account ID has been selected, the **GL Transactions **section within the **GL Dashboard** allows you to filter the results of the GL Transactions displayed.

#  Navigate GL Transactions

To manage and view a GL Transaction, refer to the steps below:

1. Select a GL transaction to view the journal details using the blue hyperlink **Reference **number.

From here you can view the **Source Transactions **on the left side of the screen, on the right is the **Journal **screen for the individual GL postings. 

2. To change a BAS Code for the journal selected in the GL Transactions screen, click **Change BAS**.
  
3. In the **GL Journal BAS Code Change** window, enter or change the **BAS Code**, then click **Save**.
