# Overview

Once a supplier has been selected, the **Purchase History **section within the [Supplier Dashboard](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/fwksproau/pages/30516678) provides supplier purchase history information by month(s), year(s) and previous year(s) with supporting graphs.

If given access, you have the option to change the company to view the respective data. Select **All Companies** to view the data for all the companies you have access to.

# The Purchase History Tabs

Refer to the sections below to learn more about the **Purchase History** tabs:

## 1. Purchases

Displays supplier purchase history information by month(s), year(s) and previous year(s).

**Month**

Month of the financial year.

**This Year**

Displays the value of the purchases made this financial year from the selected supplier.

**Last Year**

Displays the purchases made last financial year from the selected supplier

**Prev Year**

Displays the purchases made prior to the last financial year from the selected supplier.

---

**Total**

Displays the total purchases dollar ($) value for each year.

---

**Average**

Displays the average purchases (total/12) dollar ($) value for each year.

## 2. Chart

Displays a chart containing 3 financial years' worth of purchases by month from the selected supplier. Each year is represented by a different colour.
