# <span style="color: #172b4d">Overview</span>

The **Orders and Receipts **section within the **Supplier Dashboard **provides all Purchase Orders, Stock Receipts and Purchasing Expenses for a particular Supplier.

# Orders and Receipts Tabs

The **Orders and Receipts **section has three tabs with data, these are:

## 1. Purchase Orders

This tab displays all the outstanding **Purchase Orders** for the selected Supplier and the associated details.

> ℹ️ By default, the users logged in **branch** is displayed.

You can refine your search results by:

- **Branch**: From the drop-down menu you can select other specific branches or select **All Branches **to view all the Purchase Orders for all branches.
- **From** and **To Date**: Enter a date range to only view orders within the select period
- Enable **Show Closed** to display closed Purchase Orders.
- Enable **Show Voided **to display Voided Orders.

Click **Find Orders** once the search criteria have been entered to view.

**Order	**

Displays the Purchase Order number.

Click the relevant Purchase Order hyperlink to view the **Purchase Order** details.

- The **Order **section provides a summary of the Supplier order value and delivery details.
- The **Diary Notes** section provides any diary notes linked to the Supplier.
- The **Lines **section provides the product details as ordered in the *Purchase* Tab. The *Customer Orders* tab displays any product lines linked to a customer sales order and provides a hyperlink for ease of access.

- The **Receipts **section provides the associated stock receipt records for the Purchase Order.
- The **Invoice **section provides the associated invoice details for the Purchase Order.

**Order Type**

Displays the type of Order. That is, either a Return or Purchase Order.

**Brn**

Displays the Branch that raised the Purchase Order.

---

**Order Date	**

Displays the date the Purchase Order was raised.  

---

**Delivery date	**

Displays the delivery date from the Supplier.

---

**Ordered By**	

Displays the logged in user who raised the Purchase Order. 

---

**Ext Reference**	Displays any additional information added to the Purchase Order.

**Order Value**	

Displays the value of each Purchase Order.

> ℹ️ At the bottom of the **Order Value** column displays the total order value for the displayed search results.

## 2. Stock Receipts

Displays all the **Stock Receipts** for the selected Supplier and the associated details.

> ℹ️ By default, the users logged in **branch** is displayed.

You can refine your search results by:

- **Branch**: From the drop-down menu you can select other specific branches or select **All Branches **to view all the Stock Receipts for all branches.
- **From** and **To Date**: Enter a date range to only view receipts within the select period (By default, a months worth of data is displayed).

Click **Find Receipts** once the search criteria have been entered to view.

**Order**	

Displays the Purchase Order number that the stock receipt is related to.

Click the relevant hyperlink to view the **Stock Receipt** details.

- The **Order **section provides a summary of the Supplier order value and delivery details.
- The **Diary Notes** section provides any diary notes linked to the Supplier.
- The **Lines **section provides the stock receipt details as processed.
- The **Receipts** section provides the associated stock receipt records for the Purchase Order.
- The **Invoice **section provides the associated invoice details for the stock receipt/s.

Click the **Print/Send** button allows users to print or email a Receipts To Stock Report.

Click the **Auditing **button to go the Audit Enquiry Dashboard (refer to [Audit Enquiry](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28382696) for more information).

Click the **Postings** button to view the General Ledger Transaction postings associated with the Order.

Click the **Attachments **button to store important files within your database so that information can be easily recovered when you need it.

**B/O**	

Displays the back order number if a back order existed and was receipted.

As balances are receipted, Frameworks assigns a back order number to allow the receipt to have a unique reference.

**Date Received**

Displays the date the stock was received into Frameworks.

---

**Brn**

Displays the Branch associated to the Stock Receipt/s.

---

**Inv**

Enabled if the receipt has been invoiced by the Supplier.

---

**Dkt/Inv No.**

Displays the docket or Supplier invoice number.

---

**Received By**

Displays the logged in user who received the stock.

---

**Ext Reference**

Displays any additional information that was added to the Purchase Order header.

---

**Total**

Displays the Stock Receipted total value.

> ℹ️ At the bottom of the **Totals** column displays the total value for the displayed search results.

## 3. Purchase Expenses

Displays all the outstanding/currently in progress **Purchase Expenses** for the selected Supplier and the associated details.

> ℹ️ By default, the users logged in **branch** is displayed.

- **Branch**: From the drop-down menu you can select other specific branches or select **All Branches **to view all the Purchase Orders for all branches.

- Enabled **Show Closed** to display closed Purchase Orders.

Click **Find Expenses **once the search criteria have been entered to view.

**Order**

Displays the Order number that the purchase Expense is related to.

**Branch**

Displays the branch associated with the Purchase expense.

**Order Date**

The date the expense purchase order was created.

**Received By**

Once a Purchase Expense has been received, the user who processed the received request will be displayed here.

**Description**

Description of the Purchase Expense.

---

**Order Value**

Total value of the purchase expenses GST inclusive.

**Status	**

Displays the current status of the expenses order. By default, Invoiced expenses orders are not displayed. Enable **Show Invoiced** to display the invoiced expense orders in the list if required.
