# Overview

The **Product Price Label Extract** (full extract) task extracts a list of product price labels based on your selected criteria. It then creates a separate file for each branch specified in the list. If no specific branches are selected, it will generate files for all branches.

> ⚠️ **Important: **Only products flagged as “Electronic Shelf Label” will be included.

# Extracting Product Price Label

To extract product labels, perform the following:

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu **and navigate to **Inventory > Labels > Product Price Label Extract **from the navigation tree.

2. On the **Report Criteria** tab, the following fields are available:
  - **Branch List: **Enter the branch(es) to be included, separated by commas; leave it blank to include all branches
  - **Stock on hand <>: **Enable this checkbox to include all products that have any stock, whether it's positive or negative, as long as the stock is not zero.
  - **Last sold < 12 months: **Enable this checkbox to include any product sold within the last 12 months.
  - **Last Purchased < 12 months:** Enable** **this checkbox to include any product receipted within the last 12 months.
  - **Date Created < 12 months: **Enable this checkbox to include any product created in the last 12 months.
3. Go to the **Schedule** tab to schedule the task as required, and then click **Submit **to run the task.
4. Once submitted, the task creates a file for each branch on your list and sends this to the third-party electronic shelf label system (Handshow).

> ℹ️ **Note: **An ***.OK **file is also generated to confirms that the files have been successfully sent. The required files are saved in the **SMTP directories**.

> Example file name: FESLLBLXXXXXXXXXXYYMMDDHHMMSS.TXT
> 
> where: 
> 
> - *F* = indicates a *full extract*
> - ESLLBL = constant text ("ESLLBL")
> - ​XXXXXXXX= 8-digit Store ID (from Pricer Store ID Maintenance / Hanshow Branch ID)
> - YYMMDD = date of file creation
> - HHMMSS= time of file creation
> - .TXT= file extension

If you run the task immediately, the **Output **tab displays the results of the completed task, and you can click on the reports generated. If run later, the [Task Scheduler Queue](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28405088/Scheduler+Administration#%5BinlineExtension%5DTask-Scheduler-Queue) contains the output.
