To create a Sales Order, refer to the following Frameworks process:

1. [Creating a Sales Order](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/space/CO/543817730)
2. When creating a Sales Order you must ensure in the **Delivery Details** tab you have both the **Delivery Dat**e and **Delivery Time** fields entered.

> ℹ️ Requested Time is not mandatory.

3. Once the order is created, proceed to **Confirm Order** via the **Actions** button:

3. The notification task ***OrderConfirmation**** *as configured under [Getswift - System Administration & Setup](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/space/FRAM/610405648) will now create the order in XML format, convert file to .zip, and send it to the Getswift Application.

 XML output files will be placed in the /prostix/live/getswift/send folder as configured under [Truck Tracker - System Administration & Setup](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/space/FRAM/610405648) Pre-requisites.

> ℹ️ Any errors with the notification send can be found in the [Notifications Event Queue](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/space/FRAM/596049922). These will be displayed as Processed with Errors:
