# Navigating the Mobile Stocktake Dashboard Screen

<span style="color: #333333">Once you have opened the mobile Stocktake dashboard screen you can view and perform the following functions:</span>

## <span style="color: #333333">Find Stocktakes</span>

1. <span style="color: #333333">The </span>**<span style="color: #333333">Search </span>**<span style="color: #333333">section allows you to refine your stocktake search by </span>**<span style="color: #333333">branch.  </span>**

> ℹ️ The **Branch** will default to the branch assigned to the **Device Id Allocation.**

2. The **Results **section allows you to view all the currently available stocktakes for the search criteria and access the label batches maintenance screen.   
This information displayed is:

- The **Stocktake Description **is displayed in bold to help you quickly find the stocktake you are looking for.
- The** Branch **number the stocktake is for is displayed.
- The** Status **of the stocktake is displayed. If the stocktake is in the status **New **you will not be able to enter any products. Ensure that the status is set to** Entering **before starting your stocktake entry.
- The **Stocktake Id. **Press the hyperlink to open the

# Navigating the Mobile Stocktake Entry Screen

<span style="color: #333333">The mobile Stocktake Entry screen allows you to enter the count of products to a stocktake and also review the products in the count.</span>

## 1. Stocktake Details

Click **Save **to add the product count to the **Review **tab.
