# Navigating the Product Enquiry (Mobile) Screen

<span style="color: #333333">Once you have opened the mobile product enquiry screen you are able to search and view product details and add products to a purchase requisition.</span>

## 1. The Search and Basic Product Details

## 2. Add to Requisition

You are able to add the selected product to a batch requisition at any time within the mobile product enquiry screen. To do this, press the **Add to Requisition **button at the bottom or the screen to create, in the desktop version of Frameworks, a batch requisition under the [Purchase Requisition Dashboard](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28382348).

## 4. The Details Tab

The **Details** tab additional product information for the selected product. By default, the enquiry displays product data related to the users' Home Branch. Under this tab you can also add the product/s to a Requisition.

| **Field** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Product ID** | Displays the ID of the Product. |
| **Barcode** | Displays the product's primary barcode. |
| **Consignment** | Displays the amount of stock that is in the branch on consignment. |
| **Date Last Sold** | Displays the date the entered product was last sold. |
| **Pref Supplier** | Displays the preferred supplier for the product. |
| **Stocking UOM** | Displays the stocking UOM for the branch. |
| **Purchasing UOM** | Displays the purchasing UOM for the branch. |
| **P/Group** | Displays the assigned product group for the product. |
| **Sub Groups** | Displays a list of assigned sub group/s for the product. |
| **Primary Location** | Displays the stocked location for the product. |
| **Prod/Branch Type** | Displays the product type of the product and then specifically at the branch. A product might for instance be "Stocked" at the product level but Non-Stocked at the branch Level " |
| **Supplier Minimum Order** | Displays the Minimum Order number and UOM as defined in Product Maintenance under "Product Suppliers" |
| **Pack Size** | Displays the Inner pack quantity if defined in Product Maintenance. |
