Customers can create their own reports using a query developer. However, if you wish to make changes to existing reports or add reports saved as ‘owner = sterland’ these will be overwritten with any subsequent upgrade.

In addition to the [standard set of Frameworks reports](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28380010) available, Frameworks also allows you to add existing NuVu queries to Frameworks, which are stored in your **Query Repository Database**. The repository database contains all NuVu Queries. The **Query Developer Tool** is used to create new queries.

> ✅ Refer to the [Community Query Library](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28380068) for more reports which have been shared by other users.

3. Select **New** at the bottom of the screen to create a new report. OR Click the **Copy** button on an existing report that uses the same or similar parameter to copy all of the report parameters.
4. Enter the following parameters at the top of the screen:

  - **Name**: Enter a name for your new report (**This must exactly match the name of the NuVu query.**)
  - **Description**: Enter a brief description of what the report is reporting on, e.g., "Sales for a Date Range summarised by Product Group."
  - **Category**: What area of Frameworks the report refers to, e.g., Inventory, General Ledger, Sales. This will determine where the report is grouped with in the Report Category List Dashboard
  - **Owner**: Note if you make owner = sterland, this report will be overwritten with any subsequent upgrade. Press the search button to bring up a list of owner options
5. Click the **Add **button to enter the parameters required when running the report.

All the parameters in the query are required. The sequence of the parameters also needs to be the same as that of the query.
