# Overview

The **Branch Non Despatch Days **allows you to create blocked out dates within the calendar in which deliveries cannot be scheduled. These dates can be blocked out across all branches or for specific branches.  

> ℹ️ Once the **Branch Non Despatch Days **have been defined you will receive an error :minus:

# Defining Branch Non Despatch Days

To access and define **Branch Non Despatch Days**, perform the following:

1. Click **Frameworks **then navigate to **Transport Scheduling > Branch Non Despatch Days **from the navigation tree.

From here you can</span><span style="color: #333333">** Import,**</span><span style="color: #333333"> </span>**Add,**<span style="color: #333333"> </span>**Update **<span style="color: #333333">and </span>**Remove **<span style="color: #333333">the </span><span style="color: #333333">**Branch Non Despatch Days**</span><span style="color: #333333"> by:</span>

1. Click **Import CSV **to import a list of branch non-dispatch days.
  1. From the **File Import **window click **Choose** **file.**
  2. Select the .csv file you want to import.
  3. Once the file has been added click **Upload**.

> ℹ️ The** **csv column headers are:
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ - ** idBranch**: Enter the Branch Id for a specific branch or use *** **for all branches.
> ℹ️ - **dateNonTrade**: The format for the date is DDMMYYYY.
> ℹ️ - **description**: This is the reason for the non despatch day.
> ℹ️

2. <span style="color: #333333">Click </span>**Add**<span style="color: #333333">** **</span><span style="color: #333333">to create a new line and enter for following information:</span>
  - From the** Branch** drop-down menu select the branch the date is for.
  - Enter the **Date **or use the **Show Date Chooser** to select the date.
  - Enter a **Description **for the non-despatch day.
3. To remove a branch non-despatch day, select the line and click **Remove**.

3. Click **Save **to commit any changes.
