# <span style="color: #003366">Overview</span>

<span style="color: #333333">In order for the stock availability to remain accurate, you must run the </span><span style="color: #333333">**Re-calculate Packs on Order **</span><span style="color: #333333">scheduled task every day. </span>

> ℹ️ <span style="color: #333333">This process explains how to update </span>**Customer Order**<span style="color: #333333"> and </span>**Purchase Order**<span style="color: #333333"> figures for the </span>**Stock Enquiry**<span style="color: #333333"> program on the availability of packs.</span>

> ⚠️ You should run this scheduled task every day after you have finished entering all Customer and Purchase Orders for that day, however, you may run it at any time providing there are no Purchase or Customer Orders being typed at the same time.
> ⚠️ 
> ⚠️ If this option is not run daily, on the following day the enquiry will display figures in each column that are out of step by one day.

# <span style="color: #003366">Scheduling the Re-calculate Packs on Order task</span>

To schedule the **re-calculate packs on order **scheduled task every day, perform the following:

1. Click **Frameworks **then navigate to **Timber Packs > Utilities & Scheduled Tasks > Re-calculate Packs on Order **from the navigation tree.
2. On the **Reports Criteria **tab you can set the company and date (this will default to today's date).

3. Click on the **Schedule **tab
4. Select the **Daily **option and from the **Start **field click on the calendar selector and choose the **Date** you want to begin the daily scheduled task and then what **time** you want the task to run each day.

> ℹ️ Don't forget to choose if you want to have a **notification** (set by default) or **email** sent when the task is run.

5. Once the schedule is set click on the **Submit** button in the bottom right of the page.
6. Click on **OK** for the confirmation pop up.
7. You will be taken to the Output** **tab which will display when the schedule is set to run. Click **Close **to exit.
