The **Future Price Review** screen allows users to review and amend future prices for products before the future prices are applied within the system. From the **Future Price Review** screen, users can update new costs, sell prices, GP percentages and effective dates for future dated products.

Future pricing is applied to products either via [importing an EPC supplier file](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CO/pages/30510902) with future pricing included, or by manually entering future pricing in the [Product Maintenance](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28378114) screen.

## Screen Access

From the **Frameworks Menu**, navigate to **Inventory** > **Maintenance** > **Future Price Review**.

The **Search Options and Effective Dates** section allows users to define the date range for future pricing review and displays a list of effective dates with pending future price changes. Selecting an effective date loads the associated products into the **Future Price Grid**.

**Format:** Date (DD/MM/YYYY) | **Required:** Yes | **Editable:** Yes
