# Accessing The Seasonal Weighting Maintenance Screen

To access the **Seasonal Weighting Maintenance **screen, perform the following:

1. Click **Frameworks **and navigate to **Inventory** > **Stock Level Management** > **Seasonal Weighting Maintenance** from the navigation tree.
2. Click **Find **to return a list of all the seasonal weightings.

# Navigating the Seasonal Weighting Maintenance Screen

The **Seasonal Weighting Maintenance **screen is made up of 3 main sections:

1. The search field and results grid
2. Seasonal weighting details
3. Command buttons

## 1. Search Field and Results Grid

Fill in search criteria and click **Find **to find your desired seasonal weighting. The weightings that match the criteria will populate the results grid.

## 2. Seasonal Weighting Details

The details fields are initially empty but will populate when you select a seasonal weighting from the results grid.

| **Field** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Supplier** | The supplier the seasonal weighting applies to. |
| **Branch** | The branch the seasonal weighting applies to. |
| **Product Group** | Nominated group of products to be weighted. |
| **SubGroups** | Narrows product field. |
| **Weighting %** | The weighing % to be applied to nominated products. |
| **From **and** To Date **range | The date ranges from which the weighting is to be applied. |
| **Description** | A description, including reasons or target products (e.g. Xmas Sales), to help distinguish the seasonal weighting. |
| **Applied** | Once the weighting has been applied to the assigned product group, the appropriate check box will become enabled. |
| **Removed** | Once the weighting has been removed from the assigned product group, the appropriate check box will become enabled. |

## 3. Command Buttons

Each of the buttons perform different functions and will become active at different times. Explore the sections below to learn more:

### 1. New Button

Click **New **to create a new seasonal weighting.

### 2. Copy Button

After selecting an existing seasonal weighting, click **Copy **to create a new seasonal weighting similar to the existing one.

### 3. Save Button

After making any modifications to an existing or new seasonal weighting, click **Save **to finalise your changes.

### 4. Cancel Button

After making any modifications to an existing or new seasonal weighting, click **Cancel **to abandon your changes.

### 5. Delete Button

After selecting an existing seasonal weighting, click **Delete **to remove the seasonal weighting.

### 6. Close Button

Click **Close **to close the **Seasonal Weighting Maintenance** screen.
