# <span style="color: #172b4d">Overview</span>

The **Supplier Extract **report outputs a full data dump of the suppliers and all fields in the database, for those that wish to export full details of supplier records for analysis within Excel.

> ✅ If you're wanting to export values with the view to updating them and re-importing to Frameworks, then export the current data from [Supplier Export/Import](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28385346) within the **Payables** module rather than using this report.
