To create a sales order, refer to the following Frameworks process:

1. [Creating a Sales Order](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/space/CO/543817730).
2. Once the order is created, proceed to **Confirm Order** via the **Actions** button:

3. The notification task ***OrderConfirmation ***as configured under [Detrack - System Administration & Setup](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/space/FRAM/610600609/Detrack+-+System+Administration+&+Setup) will now <span style="color: #003366">send via API details to the DETrack Application.</span>

**Sales Order**

- Date Delivery Required
- Detrack Number (Order Number + '-' + suffix)
- Delivery address
- City
- State
- Delivery Time
- Contact Name
- Contact Phone
- Contact Email
- Vehicle ID (if available)
- Delivery instructions
- Sales Zone
- Order Number
- Country
- Customer Name
- Customer Account Number


**Product**

- Product Code
- Product Description
- Quantity

On the Detrack DaDashboard, you will now see your order with a status of **Info Received**.
