# Overview

The **Central Allocations **functionality in Frameworks streamlines the management of orders, deliveries, and pickups from quarry sites, integrating with weighbridge systems to provide visibility into transport requirements across your business. This allows trucks to be centrally allocated to specific jobs.

Many customers operate quarries, selling large volumes of materials like sand and gravel by the ton. Their weighbridges integrate with Frameworks to track truck weights for accurate delivery records.

Orders processed through Central Allocations often require multiple trucks for multiple deliveries. The system supports quick duplication of orders for recurring schedules, such as delivering the same order every Monday and Wednesday for three weeks.

Some customers deliver to account customers using their own trucks, while also engaging sub-contractors for deliveries. When a sub-contractor completes a delivery, Frameworks automatically generates a supplier invoice as part of the process. Delivery rates can be configured differently for internal drivers and sub-contractors.

Both customer-owned trucks and sub-contracted vehicles must be defined and maintained within Central Allocations. This includes tracking vehicle compliance to ensure unroadworthy trucks are not assigned to deliveries.

Occasionally, customers may sell products via cash sales, where buyers transport materials using their own trailers.
