# Overview

The **Despatch View Dashboard **allows the user to view and maintain the delivery details of orders due to be despatched for the selected date range. 

> ⚠️ **Important**: The feature code **TPO **is required to be Active for this module to be available.

# Accessing the Despatch View Dashboard

To access the **Despatch View Dashboard**, perform the following:

1. Click **Frameworks **then navigate to **Transport Scheduling > Despatch View Dashboard **from the navigation tree.
2. The **Despatch View** will display the deliveries due the next 7 days (including today).

# <span style="color: #172b4d">Navigating the Despatch View Dashboard Screen</span>

Once you have opened the screen you can view a list of current orders due for delivery and maintain their delivery details.

 The screen is made up of two sections, these are:

## 1. The Search Options

1. You can refine the results of the **Despatch View** by using:

- The **Date From **and **Date To **fields to adjust the date range.
- The** Branch **drop-down menu to view the orders due for delivery for a specific branch or all branches.
- The **Despatch Method **to enter a list of **Despatch Method codes**, separated by commas, or click the search icon open the multi-selector to select the required **Despatch Methods** to view orders based on various delivery options.

2. Click **Find **once your search criteria have been entered to update the results.
3. **Find Order **opens up the **Delivery Order Finder **window. In addition to the on-screen search options, it allows you to refine your search further by **Customer**, the **Transaction **number and **BO **(backorder) number. Click the **Transaction **number hyperlink to then open the **Delivery Maintenance **window.

## 2. The Despatch View Grid

The **Despatch View Dashboard** grid displays information related to your search results. From here you can:

> ⚠️ Sales orders on **Order Hold** are NOT displayed.

From here you can:

### 1. View the current status of your orders due for despatch

From the grid you will be able quickly view, sort and filter information related to your Orders.

Some fields are highlighted to help you quickly determine the **status **or any possible **issues** for an order prior to being despatched.

| **Field** | **Description** |
| **Delivery Date** | This field will be highlighted once it has been **added to a delivery run**.<br>> ✅ Refer to [Runsheet Maintenance](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/space/FRAM/494632984/Runsheet+Maintenance) for more information. |
| **Pick Status** | This field will be highlighted once **Check Picking** has been completed for the order and the status of the order is **Picked**. This status also allows you to **Release **the order via the **[delMaint](#)**** **window.<br>> ⚠️ [Enterprise Picking](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28402352) is required for picking statuses to be applied.<br>> ✅ Refer to [Enterprise Pick and Release](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/space/FRAM/556172595) for more information on check picking. |

| **Field** | **Description** |
| **Delivery Date** | This field will be highlighted if the Delivery Date has **NOT been confirmed**. From the Delivery Maintenance window click **Confirm Date** to remove the highlight. |
| **Customer/Supplier Name** | This field will be highlighted if **Credit Approval **is required or if there is an **Outstanding Balance** on the order. |
| **Linked PO** | This field will be highlighted if there is a linked purchase order which has **NOT been receipted** yet. You can click on the hyperlink to drill through to the purchase order enquiry. |

The **Delivery Requested** field can also have coloured text. These are defined under the miscellaneous table **System - Requested Delivery Times **in the **Colour **field. These colours will also be visible in runsheet maintenance.

| **Delivery Date** | Displays the date the order is due to be despatched.<br>- **Highlighted** <span style="color: #ff0000">**red**</span>: Date NOT confirmed.
- **No** **highlighted**: Date confirmed but NOT attached to a runsheet.
- **Highlighted** <span style="color: #3366ff">**blue**</span>: Attached to a runsheet. |
| **Branch** | Displays the orders branch Id. |
| **Order No./Suffix** | Displays the orders transaction number. Click on the hyperlink to open the **[delMaint](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28386702#DespatchViewDashboard-delMaint)**** **(see below for more information). |
| **Customer/Supplier Name** | Displays the Customers or Suppliers Name.<br>- **Highlighted **<span style="color: #ff0000">**red**</span>: Credit Approval required or an Outstanding Balance. |
| **Delivery Address **and **Suburb** | These two fields display the delivery address and suburb. |
| **Despatch Method** | Displays the despatch method Id. |
| **Delivery Requested** | Displays the delivery requested time, typically defined as AM and PM. |
| **Required Time** | Displays the required delivery time. This may be auto defined by the requested time settings. |
| **Load Type** | Displays the defined recommended vehicle type the load is for. |
| **Order Status** | Displays the status/type of the order:<br>- **Sales Order**
- **Invoiced** (The sales order has been released)
- **Purchase Order** |
| **Delivery Fee (Inc)** | Displays the **Delivery Fee amount** for the order.<br>- **Highlighted** <span style="color: #ff0000">**red**</span>: If a delivery fee is required and the amount set is $0. |
| **Pick Status** | Displays the picking status of the order.<br>- **Picking**: The picking of products on the order has started.
- **Complete**: The picking has been marked completed, but has not checked.
- **Picked**: The picking has been checked ready for release. This also enables the **Release **button in the **[delMaint](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28386702#DespatchViewDashboard-delMaint)** window.
- **Invoiced**: The order has been released.<br>> ⚠️ [Enterprise Picking](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/space/FRAM/556172400/Enterprise+Picking) is required for picking statuses to be applied. |
| **Assignee** | The user the order has been assigned to. |
| **Has Phoned** | Enabled if transport has been phoned. |
| **Linked PO** | Displays any linked purchase order numbers which are linked to the order. Click on the hyperlink to drill through to the purchase order enquiry.<br>- **Highlighted** <span style="color: #ff0000">**red**</span>: The purchase order has NOT been receipted. |
| **Weight (Kg)** | Displays the total weight of the order. |
| **Assembly Location** | Displays the location where the order has been picked to in preparation for begin despatched.<br>> ✅ Refer to [Warehouse and Assembly Locations ](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/space/FRAM/556499755/How+to+maintain+warehouse+and+Assembly+Locations) for more information. |
| **Section **and **Project** | If the order is apart of a project, these two fields display information about job section and project the order is linked to. Click the **Project **number hyperlink to drill through to project maintenance . |
| **Picked By** | Displays the Frameworks user who entered the picking into the pick and release screen. |
| **Checked By** | Displays the Frameworks user who checked the picking. |
| **Back Order** | If there are any backorders when the order has been picked, this field will be ticked. |
| **MapRef **and **XRef** | These two fields display the map reference and map cross reference information. |
| **Delivery Area** | Displays the delivery area code |
| **No. Labels** | Displays the number of despatch labels printed |
| **Vehicle** | Displays the **Vehicle Id **that the order has been despatch to. |
| **No. Run **and **Drop** | These 2 files display the run number and drop number of the vehicle the order has been despatched to. |
| **Fixed Time** | This will be ticked if the **Required Time** has been **marked **as a **Fixed Time.** |
| **Shipping Instructions** | Displays any **Instructions ** added to the **Delivery Maintenance **window. |
| **Comments Lines** | There are 3 x comment lines that display comments added to the **Delivery Maintenance **window. |
| **In Transit Time** | Displays the total time the order was in transit. |
| **Onsite Time** | Displays the total time the driver was onsite make the delivery of the order. |
| **Unloaded Time** | Displays the total time taken to unload the order while onsite. |

## 2. Maintain the Delivery Information for the Order

You can open the **Delivery Maintenance **window by clicking on the **Order No./Suffix **hyperlink. From here you can update and maintain the required information for the despatch of the order. Click **Save **to commit any changes.

> ℹ️ Most of the information in the delivery maintenance window is reflected in the **Despatch View Dashboard** grid.
