Frameworks can specify whether Integrated EFTPOS (EFTPOS payment processing) will be used, regardless of the existing manual authorisation setting. In addition, Frameworks can also specify the length of the card number and ensure that only valid card numbers are accepted for the specific In-House Cards.

As at 5/8/2017, Farmlands and RD1 in house cards can currently be configured to use Integrated EFTPOS.

## How to specify whether Integrated EFTPOS will be used regardless of the existing manual authorisation setting

To specify whether Integrated EFTPOS will be used (regardless of the existing manual authorisation setting), perform the following:

1. Setup the **FARM** and** RD1** system flags by following the instructions in the link below:

2. Enable  the **Integrated?** flag to setup Integrated EFTPOS for Farmlands cards only, regardless of the existing manual authorisation setting. |
| **RD1** | 1. Type [Miscellaneous Table Maintenance ](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/USAFram/pages/30870058) from the **Frameworks Menu** icon then type **In House Card Authorisation Details** in the **Table** field.
2. Enable the **Integrated?** flag to setup Integrated EFTPOS for RD1 cards only, regardless of the existing manual authorisation setting. |

2. Follow the appropriate process dependent on the card you are processing:

3. Select the **Pay** button. You are presented with the following pop-up to enter the **Member Name** and **Member Number**.

4. Once you have selected the **Process** button to complete the transaction, a message ***Generating output file*** may be quickly displayed, followed by: ***Waiting for response - xx seconds elapsed****. *This message is referring to the system response coming from the servers of the in-house cards (that is, for card approval).

## How to specify the length of the card number and ensure that only valid card numbers are accepted

To specify the length of the card number and ensure that only valid card numbers are accepted for the specific In-House Cards (RD1 or Farmlands), perform the following:

1. Setup the **FARM** and **RD1** system flags by following the instructions in the link below:

3. Type the valid bank codes in the **Bank Codes** field. Separate multiple bank codes by a comma. These are used to validate the bank codes entered into Frameworks. |

> ℹ️ If a card length is entered that is less than what was defined in System Flag **In House Card Member Details**, a message will be displayed: ***Card Number needs to be xx digits - you have entered xx***.

> ℹ️ If an invalid bank code is entered into the first 6 digits of the **Member Number** field, a message will be displayed: ***Bank Code in Card Number <card number> is invalid***.

4. Once you have selected the **Process** button to complete the transaction, a message ***Generating output file*** may be quickly displayed, followed by: ***Waiting for response - xx seconds elapsed****.*
