# Overview

<span style="color: #333333">It may be necessary to apply a margin to the selling price of products in a branch transfer to cover transfer expenses such as freight. The </span>**<span style="color: #333333">Branch Transfer Pricing Maintenance</span>**<span style="color: #333333"> screen allows you to enter a percentage associated with a specific combination of the</span>**<span style="color: #333333"> transferring branch</span>**<span style="color: #333333"> and the </span>**<span style="color: #333333">receiving branch</span>**<span style="color: #333333">. So, i</span>f a branch transfer is created by a purchase order being raised for the receiving branch or by a factory work order being created through a customer sale, the system will determine if a margin is defined and increase the transfer price accordingly.

# <span style="color: #172b4d">Defining Branch Transfer Pricing</span>

To access and define Branch Transfer Pricing, perform the following:

1. Click the Frameworks Menu, then navigate to **System Administration > System Tables > Branch Transfer Pricing Maintenance **from the navigation tree.
2. From here, you can **Add,** **Updated **and **Remove **the Branch Transfer Pricing by:
  1. Click **Add** to create a new line and enter the following information:
    - **From **and **To Branch**: Enter the transferring branch and the receiving branch
    - **Product Group**: Enter the Product Group to apply the percentage to.
    - **Loading %**: Enter the percentage to associate between the **From Branch** and **To Branch**.
  2. To update any of the **Branch Transfer Pricing Maintenance **fields, click on the** **field you want to adjust and make the required changes.
  3. To remove a Branch Transfer Pricing %, select the **line **and click **Remove**.
3. Click **Save** to commit any changes.
