# Overview

Frameworks allows you to import and export a CSV file to help you make bulk changes to your help <span style="color: #333333">resources</span>. 

# Accessing the Help Maintenance Import

To access the Help Maintenance import function, perform the following:

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu**, then navigate to **System Administrator > Screens & Menus > Help Maintenance** from the navigation tree.
2. Once the Help Maintenance screen is open, click **Import**.
3. The **Help Resource Import Scheduler** screen will open on the **Import Criteria **tab.

# Download a Template

<span style="color: #333333">To make it easier to import your help resource information, you can download a template. By downloading a template, you will ensure that you have the correct help resources fields available to update and/or modify.</span>

> ℹ️ Downloading a template is like exporting a list of all your Frameworks help <span style="color: #333333">resources </span>links.

<span style="color: #333333">To download a template from the </span><span style="color: #333333">**Help Resource Import Scheduler **</span><span style="color: #333333">screen on the </span>**Import Criteria **<span style="color: #333333">tab, perform the following:</span>

1. From the **Fields **menu, select which fields you want to update/import. By default, all the fields are selected; hold the <**CTRL>** key down to select multiple fields.
2. You can select the range of **Activities** that you want included in the template by entering a **From Activity **and** To Activity **range.

> ℹ️ Leave the ranges blank to add all the activities to the template.

3. Click **Download Template** to download the.csv template (helpResourceImport.csv) that will include all of the Activities and their help resources based on the above selections.

> ℹ️ Enable **Download Template Only (No Data) **to download a blank .csv file (column headers only) that can be used to populate and import new help recourses data.

4. Open up the downloaded.csv template (helpResourceImport.csv) and add/edit the required help resources fields in the file.
5. **Save **the file, keeping the.csv file format ready for importing.

# Uploading the Help Maintenance Import

<span style="color: #333333">To upload and import the edited helpResourceImport.csv file from the </span><span style="color: #333333">**Help Resource Import Scheduler **</span><span style="color: #333333">screen on the </span>**Import Criteria **<span style="color: #333333">tab, perform the following:</span>
