Overview The Stock Reordering Task Dashboard allows users to schedule and search for existing scheduled Stock Reordering Tasks via a centralised dashboard. Users can also schedule stock reordering via  Purchase Requisition Stock Reorder Batches via Scheduled Task    within Purchase Requisitions. Important:  When  Can Break Packs  is disabled in  Product Maintenance , this scheduled task will round up to match the inner pack quantity of the product for the supplier.  View Current Stock Reorder Tasks To view currently scheduled stock reordering tasks, perform the following: Click the  Frameworks Menu , then navigate to  Purchasing & Receipting > Scheduled Tasks > Stock Reordering Tasks  from the navigation tree. By default, all active stock reorder tasks will load in the dashboard by default. Use the available search options to refine the search by Created By:  Enter a user name to filter tasks created by a specific user. Scheduled:  Enter a date value to display all tasks scheduled for that day. Status:  From the drop-down menu, select a status of the scheduled tasks, which include  Scheduled, Running, Completed  or  all. Has Run:  From the drop-down menu, select  Yes, No  or  All  to refine tasks by their run status. Click  Find  to apply the search parameters to the dashboard. Create a New Stock Reorder Task To create a new stock reorder task from the dashboard, perform the following: Click  New  to open the  Stock Reorder  schedule screen. Schedule the required parameters for the stock reorder tasks as per  Purchase Requisition Stock Reorder Batches via Scheduled Task   This task is the same as the one used within Purchase Requisitions with the exception being the absence of a batch number.  Once all required parameters have been entered, select  Submit  to run the scheduled task. Delete a Stock Reorder Task To delete a stock reorder task from the dashboard, perform the following: Search for an existing scheduled stock reorder task as per  View Current Stock Reorder Tasks  above. Click on the blue hyperlink task  description  to open the schedule task details. Click  Delete  to remove the scheduled task. You cannot modify a scheduled task once it has been created. If you want to change the parameters, you will need to delete the current task and re-create the task with the new values. The following setting will affect the products that are added when reordering stock.
