Once a Customer transaction (Invoice, Order or Quote) hyperlink has been clicked, the** Product Line Details **section allows you to view Description, Details and Manufacturing information about the selected transaction.

**Description**

Displays the Product ID, description and tally information.

The following link provides you with a screenshot and a description of the information displayed and options available.

- **Product: **Displays the product ID of the product.
- **Description: **Displays the four-line description of the product.
- **Tally: **Displays tally information for tally products including timber, pipe or any product you sell by length.

**Details**

Displays the product pricing information for the transaction. 

The following link provides you with a screenshot and a description of the information displayed and options available.

- **Quantity: **Displays the quantity of products on the transaction line.
- **Cost: **Displays the Cost Price of the product selected by Line and by Unit.
- **Sell: **Displays the Sell Price of the product selected by Line and by Unit.
- **GST/Tax: **Displays the GST Price of the product selected by Line and by Unit.
- **Line: **Displays the Product Line.
- **Product Group: **Displays the product group associated to the selected product.
  - A **Product Group** is a way of grouping like products together for the purpose of summary type sales analysis.
  - To enable summary type sales analysis, you can create Product Groups and then assign individual items from your Product Master file to these Product Groups.
- **Price Method**: Refer to the Price Method explanation in the Costs tab within the Product Lines section.
- **Override Reason**: Displays any price override reasons.
  - During a day's trading, staff members who are typing in sales and/or orders and quotes may override prices for a number of reasons.  This may be required to meet competitors' pricing or to address issues within your product pricing file.  It is expected that a Branch Manager is well aware of any pricing pressures their staff are experiencing on a daily basis. The manager should also be aware of those staff members that have the security to override pricing.
- **Date Processed: **Displays the date the sale was processed.
- **FWO Number: **Displays the Factory Works Order Number if applicable. A Factory Works Order (FWO) is essentially an internal purchase order.  FWO's are either linked to customer orders or raised stand-alone for stock.
- **UM: **Displays the classification of how a product is supplied and charged. For example, each, length, kg, M3, M2 and so on.
- **Contract: **Displays the available contract if the customer has any.
- **Contract Vol/Disc: **Displays the contract volume discount if it was applied to this transaction.
- **Promotion: **Displays the promotion if it was applied to this transaction.
- **Processed By**: Displays the person who processed the transaction.

Displays the component items used to manufacture this item through the Production Scheduling module.
