# Overview
The **Customer Transaction Enquiry Dashboard** serves as an invoice enquiry, order enquiry and quote enquiry function all in one. It allows you to search for customer transactions by customer ID or name, transaction number and product number, then drill down on each invoice or order to obtain further information including:
- Invoice information including charging, invoice costs, customer and despatch details.
- Diary notes and lost sales.
- Product information including the product/s and quantity ordered, supply, purchase and manufacturing information and other detailed information.
- Product pricing including pricing method, Line Cost, Line Sell, Line GST, Markup % and GP%.
Tasks that can be performed with the **Customer Transaction Enquiry Dashboard **include:
- Printing and/or sending invoices via the **Header** section.
- Adding comments to invoices via the **Header** section.
# Using the Customer Transaction Enquiry Dashboard
To access the Customer Transaction Enquiry screen, perform the following:
### Navigation
Click the **Frameworks** menu, then go to **Receivables > Enquiries > Customer Transaction Enquiry** from the navigation.

### Search Options
Search for a customer invoice and/or order via the **Customer ID** or **Order/Invoice** field, then once the results are displayed, click the relevant **Order/Invoice Number **hyperlink to view information for the chosen customer invoice and/or order.
> ℹ️ You also have the option of locating a customer transaction via the **Advanced Search Criteria** section header, then clicking **Find. **Using the advanced search functions, you can further refine your search by

> ℹ️ - An **Order/Invoice** range, to find a transaction within a range of transactions.
> ℹ️ - The** Customer ID **and** Order Reference **entered on a transaction.
> ℹ️ - An **Order** or** Invoice Date **range, to find a transaction within the defined period
> ℹ️ - A **Product ID **of the product that was added to an invoice.
> ℹ️ - An **External Reference **ID that is used for linking to a 3rd party software tool.
> ℹ️ - An **Original Transaction** to find consolidated invoices by entering the original transaction number. The original transaction number is visible on each individual line of the consolidated invoice.

> ℹ️
> ℹ️ - Any of the delivery **Address** details including the **Deliver To** and **Address** line, suburb/city, state, post code and country. Note that entering anything into this field overrides any of the other search criteria.

When an **Order/Invoice Number** has been selected from the Customer Transaction Enquiry dashboard, a screenshot similar to the following is displayed with key transactional information.
