# <span style="color: #172b4d">Overview</span>

You may have current account customers who wish to shop at other stores/businesses but have the invoice for their purchase appear on your statement.

The Chargeback Order allows you to quickly create a sales order and linked purchase order. These transactions then allow the customer to be invoiced by you and the goods they bought to be purchased from the other store/business.

# Create a Chargeback Order

To create a Chargeback Order, from the home **Dashboard** perform the following:

1. Click **Frameworks** then navigate to **Sales > Utilities & Scheduled Tasks > Chargeback Order** from the navigation tree.
2. Enter the** Chargeback Order** details as required.
  The available fields are:
  - **Supplier**: Select the relevant supplier from the drop-down menu.
  - **Customer**: Select the customer.
  - **Cust order**: Enter the customer order number.
  - **Reference**: Enter a chargeback order reference if required

> ℹ️ - The Supplier dropdown selector will only show those suppliers who have the enabled **Allow Chargeback flag**.
> ℹ️ - Only Account Customers are allowed for Chargeback. Customer must also be **Active**.

3. Click the **Create order** button.
4. A Message in red will appear advising the **Purchase Order** number and the linked **Sales Order** number. Make a note of or copy the order numbers then click **Close**.

> ℹ️ - The Despatch method will be automatically added to the Sales Order as specified by the value of the tailoring code 'SOPChBkDel.
> ℹ️ - The delivery date for the Order will by default be populated with the current date on creation.
