Before the Chargeback Orders functionality can be used the following system administration configurations must be completed.

# Security Group Maintenance

<span style="color: #333333">From the Frameworks menu navigate to </span><span style="color: #333333">**System Administration > Users & Security > Users > Security Group Maintenance **</span><span style="color: #333333">and then ensure the following </span><span style="color: #333333">**Activities**</span><span style="color: #333333"> are added to your Users required Security Groups.</span>

# System Tables

## System Settings - General

<span style="color: #333333">From the Frameworks menu navigate to </span>**System Administration > System Tables > Miscellaneous Table Maintenance **<span style="color: #333333">and then search for </span>**System Settings - General **<span style="color: #333333">and setup the information for the below tables.</span>

# Supplier Configuration

Set up the Suppliers (the other store/business) who will be participating in the Chargeback service. To do this perform the following.

1. Navigate to **Supplier Maintenance** select an existing Supplier who has been set up as an inter-branch transfer account.
2. On the T**rading Terms** tab for that inter-branch supplier and enable the **Allow Chargeback? **checkbox.
