# <span style="color: #003366">Overview</span>

The Product Multi Selection allows you to add one or multiple products to a sale, quote, or order, saving you time when finding and adding products.

# <span style="color: #003366">Using the Product Multi Selection Window</span>

# <span style="color: #003366">Keyboard Shortcuts</span>

Below are some useful keyboard shortcuts (Some you may already know)

| **Shortcut** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Ctrl + F | Opens up the **Product Multi Selection** window (same as it opened up the Product Finder) |
| <**Tab**> | The Tab key help navigate around the screen. |
| **Ctrl + S** | Triggers the **Use Selection **and add the selection of products to the sale or order. |

<span style="color: #003366">**How to Enable Product Multi Selection**</span>

Once the **MSP** feature code has been activated, the product finder will change in the Point of Sale (POS), Sales Order Processing (SOP) and Purchase Orders (P/O) modules to be the multi-select window. To enable the **MSP** feature code, perform the following:

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu** and navigate to **System Administration > Users & Security > Licence Management > Frameworks Licence Maintenance **from the menu.
2. In the **Frameworks Licence Maintenance **tab, change the **Type** to **Feature** to see all of the feature codes. In the **Name **field, type **MSP **and click the **Find** button.
3. Click on the **Feature Code** hyperlink and tick the **Active **tick box to enable the feature.

4. Click **Save** and close the **Frameworks License Maintenance** Tab.

Now you can open up POS or a Sales Order and the product multi-selection window will be available.
