### Frameworks Customer Order Tracking

To view the tracking status for a particular customer, perform the following:

1. Navigate to **Receivables** > **Enquiries** > [Customer Transaction Enquiry](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/space/FRAM/580715749/Customer+Transaction+Enquiry+Dashboard).
2. Search for the relevant invoice, then select the 'Despatch Details' tab:

3. The Proof of Delivery, Tracking, & Tracking Status show the status of the delivery for that particular order.
