To view open Central Allocations Transport Orders that have not been released (invoiced), perform the following:

1. Click **Frameworks **then type **Transport Order View **(or select **Central Allocations - Transport Order View **from the Frameworks navigation tree).

2. Type the *appropriate date the Transport Order was created*<span style="color: #333333">* i*</span>n the **Date** field (defaults to today's date), or use the **Date Finder**, then click **Find **or click **Find** to search for all Transport Orders.

3. <span style="color: #333333">All t</span>ransport orders for that day are displayed.

| **Field** | **Description** |
| **Site** | Displays the current logged in user's branch details. |
| **Quantity Ordered** | Displays the total quantity of the products ordered for that day. |
| **Quantity Supplied** | Displays the total quantity of the products supplied for that day. |
| **Quantity Remaining** | Displays the total quantity remaining of the products supplied for that day. |

| **Field** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Site** | Displays the Branch ID. |
| **Short Code** | Displays the Site name. The Site Name is auto populated from table **Central Allocation Sites** in Miscellaneous Table Maintenance.<br>> ✅ Refer to [Central Allocations - Setup and Configuration](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/space/FRAM/609847215/Central+Allocations+-+Setup+and+Configuration) for further information. |
| **Sales Order** | Displays the Transport Order number/link. Click the link to view the Transport Order. Refer to *step 5* below. |
| **Customer** | Displays the Customer who made the order. |
| **Address** | Displays the delivery address of the Customer who made the order. |
| **Product** | Displays the product ordered from the Transport Order Entry. |
| **Qty Ord** | Displays the quantity ordered of the product for this Transport Order line. |
| **Qty Supp** | Displays the quantity supplied of the product that was delivered or picked up for this Transport Order line. |
| **Qty Rem** | Displays the quantity remaining of that product remaining to be delivered or picked up for this Transport Order line. |

When the user selects any of the transport orders, the list of Weighbridge tickets is updated to display those tickets that relate to the order.

| **Field** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Ticket** | Displays the weighbridge ticket number. Click the Ticket link to edit the weighbridge ticket. |
| **Vehicle** | Displays the vehicle used on the weighbridge ticket. |
| **Driver** | Displays the driver of the vehicle. |
| **Qty Supp** | Displays the quantity delivered on the weighbridge ticket. |

4. Filter the results returned in the grid as needed.

5. *If applicable,* click the Sales Order link to edit the Transport Order.

> ℹ️ If trying to edit a transport order, you cannot select the Own Vehicle? flag if there are already vehicles assigned to the transport order via transport planning.

6. *If applicable, *click the **Plus **icon to the right of a Transport Order to create a new weighbridge ticket. Refer to [Weighbridge Ticket Entry](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/space/FRAM/609846978/Weighbridge+Ticket+Entry) for further information.
7. *If applicable*, click the *Ticket* link to edit the weighbridge ticket.

8.* If applicable*, click **Vehicle Maintainance **on the right side of the screen to maintain vehicles.
