# Overview

The nightly **Central Allocations Scheduled Task** collates all the weighbridge tickets that were created during the day against the same Transport Order into a single RCTI Invoice. It also generates an expense invoice for any owner driver deliveries and performs all the associated GL movements (including on-charge costs) and stock deductions. It is run automatically on a nightly basis via a scheduled task.

When running the scheduled task, the combined quantities of all weighbridge tickets that have been created against the same transport, override the details collected on the [transport order](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/space/FRAM/609879478/Transport+Order+Entry). This is to capture any differences between what was ordered and what was delivered/picked up throughout the day.
