# Overview

The Customer Specific Pricing interface connects Frameworks and IHG in order to receive and process contracted pricing information for customers purchasing products through Trade Online.

# How to Process Customer Specific Pricing Data in Frameworks

To setup the exchange of data, complete the following:

## 1. Defining the TradeOnline System Tables

To maintain the relevant system settings, complete the following:

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu** and navigate to **System Administration** > **System Tables** > **Miscellaneous Table Maintenance** from the navigation tree.
2. In the search field, enter **TradeOnline **and click **Find** to view and maintain the following tables:
  - **TradeOnline Directories**
  - **TradeOnline SFTP Login settings**
  - **TradeOnline SFTP Scripts**
3. Click the **TradeOnline Directories **hyperlink to view and maintain the trade online directory settings. Click **Save** to finalise any changes.

| **Field** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Code** | Check **Directories **is entered as the **Code**. |
| **Description** | Check **TradeOnline Directories **is entered as the **Description**. |
| **Upload Directory** | The **Upload Directory **will be typically defined as **/prostix/{environment}/dmp/tradeonline/output/**<br>> ℹ️ This path may differ slightly depending on your frameworks environment. For example, {environment} may be /live/ or /demo/. |
| **Poll Directory** | The **Poll Directory **will be typically defined as **/prostix/{environment}/dmp/tradeonline/input/**<br>> ℹ️ This path may differ slightly depending on your frameworks environment. For example, {environment} may be /live/ or /demo/. |

> ⚠️ The directories will be created on your Frameworks server as a part of deployment.

4. Click the **TradeOnline SFTP Login settings **hyperlink to view and maintain the relevant settings. Click **Save** to finalise any changes.

| **Field** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Code** | Check **Login **is entered as the **Code**. |
| **Description** | Check **TradeOnline Login Details **is entered as the **Description**. |
| **Use (S)FTP Scripts** | Enable > Macro (inline-media-image)

 to ensure the secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) scripts are used to securely transfer your data. |
| **(S)FTP Port** | Check the correct SFTP port is entered. Typically port **22** is used for SFTP. |
| **Host** | Check the correct SFTP server hostname is entered. For example [sftp.yourdomainname.com](http://sftp.yourdomainname.com) |
| **User** | Check the correct SFTP username, for the Host, has been entered. |
| **Password** | Check the correct SFTP password, for the Host, has been entered. |

5. Click the **TradeOnline SFTP Scripts** hyperlink to view and maintain the relevant settings. Click **Save** to finalise any changes.

| **Upload Script** | The path for the location of the **Upload Script **( push files to a remote SFTP site)will be typically defined as **/prostix/{environment}/deploy/scripts/fw_sftp_upload.sh**<br>> ℹ️ This path may differ slightly depending on your frameworks environment. For example, {environment} maybe /live/ or /demo/ |
| **Poll Script** | The path for the location of the **Poll Script **( download files from a remote SFTP site) will be typically defined as **/prostix/{environment}/deploy/scripts/fw_sftp_poll.sh**<br>> ℹ️ This path may differ slightly depending on your frameworks environment. For example, {environment} maybe /live/ or /demo/ |

> ⚠️ The directories and script files will be created on your Frameworks server as a part of deployment.

## 2. Setting Up the TradeOnline Receive Scheduled Task

To setup the schedulable task **Trade Online Receive Scheduler**, complete the following:

### 1. Accessing the Trade Online Receive Scheduler

On the [About the Frameworks Home Dashboard](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28379174), under **My Shortcuts,** perform the following to access the **Trade Online Receive Scheduler.** 

1. Click **Add**.
2. Close the **Select an activity to add to your shortcuts **window.
3. In the search field, enter the activity ID **TradeOnlineReceiveSched**.
4. Click **Finish**.
5. Click the **Trade Online Receive Scheduler **hyperlink to open the scheduler.

### 2. Confirming the Scheduled FTP Settings

On the **Scheduled FTP Settings **tab, review each field and adjust as necessary.

> ℹ️ The information displayed in each field is as defined in the miscellaneous tables above.

### 3. Scheduling Hourly Updates 

Navigate to the **Schedule** tab to schedule the task. It is strongly recommended to schedule this task to run hourly. To do so, complete the following:

1. Select the **Repeating **option
2. Enter the **start** date and time or use the **Date Picker** icon.
3. Set to **Recur every 60 mins**
4. If required, set a **Between **time range for the hours you want to run the task, for example, 8:30 - 17:30.
5. Enable the days you want the updates to run.
6. Click **Submit** to schedule the task.

Navigate to the **Schedule** tab to schedule the task. It is strongly recommended to schedule this task to run hourly. To do so, complete the following:

1. Select the **Daily** option.
2. Enter the start date and time or use the **Date Picker** icon.
3. Set to recur every (1) day.
4. Click **Submit** to schedule the task.
5. Click **New** to start a new submission.
6. Repeat the previous steps but use the same date and add 1 hour to the previous set time (for example, if 16/03/2022 09:00 was used, enter 16/03/2022 10:00)
7. Repeat for every hour of desired period.

> ⚠️ The **Scheduled FTP Settings** will refresh with every new submission, so be sure to make necessary changes if required.

## 3. Setting Up the TradeOnline Send Scheduled Task

To setup the schedulable task **Trade Online Send Scheduler**, complete the following:

### 1. Accessing the Trade Online Send Scheduler

On the [About the Frameworks Home Dashboard](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28379174), under **My Shortcuts,** perform the following to access the **Trade Online Send Scheduler.** 

1. Click **Add**.
2. Close the **Select an activity to add to your shortcuts **window.
3. In the search field, enter the activity ID **TradeOnlineSendSched**.
4. Click **Finish**.
5. Click the **Trade Online Send Scheduler **hyperlink to open the scheduler.

### 2. Confirming the Scheduled FTP Settings

On the **Scheduled FTP Settings **tab, review each field and adjust as necessary.

### 3. Scheduling Daily Updates 

Navigate to the **Schedule** tab to schedule the task. It is strongly recommended to schedule this task to run daily. To do so, complete the following:

1. Select the **Daily** option.
2. Enter the start date and time or use the **Date Picker** icon.
3. Set to recur every (1) day.
4. Click **Submit** to schedule the task.

### Trade Online Receive Scheduler

1. This scheduler receives the CSPTC and CSPTP files from the SFTP servers CSPOUT directory.
2. After being read the CSPTC/CSPTP files are then stored in the Frameworks archive directory */prostix/(environment)/dmp/tradeonline/input/(storeId)/archive*
3. The Customers/Products from each file is then validated against the Frameworks system and a response OUTCSPTC and/or OUTCSPTP file is then sent to the SFTP servers INCOMING directory.
4. The OUTCSPTC/OUTCSPTP files are also stored in the Frameworks archive directory */prostix/(environment)/dmp/tradeonline/input/(storeId)/response/archive/*
5. The matching Customers/Products from the CSPTC and CSPTP files are saved against their respective database table. Customer = trade_cust / Product = trade_prod

### Trade Online Send Scheduler

1. This scheduler sends the CSPD files to the SFTP servers INCOMING directory.
2. The CSPD files are created for each Customer in the trade_cust database table containing the Product details for each of the Products in the trade_prod database table.
3. The CSPD files are also stored in the Frameworks archive directory */prostix/(environment)/dmp/tradeonline/output/(storeId)/archive/*
