# Overview

When the **Delivery Area Map Reference** is selected in [Sales Orders ](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28391206), these references are then used by the Transport Scheduling module to plan deliveries. This option allows you to create and maintain the delivery area map references.

# <span style="color: #172b4d">Defining Delivery Area Map References</span>

To access and define your Delivery Area Map References, perform the following:

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu**, then navigate to **System Administration > System Tables > Delivery Area Map Reference **from the navigation tree.
2. From here, you can **Add,** **Updated **and **Remove** the Delivery Area Map Reference by:
  1. Click **Add** to create a new line and enter the following information:
    - **Map Reference**: Enter a unique Map Reference ID.
    - **Description**: Enter a description for the map reference
  2. To update any of the **Delivery Area Map Reference **fields, click on the** **field you want to adjust and make the required changes.
  3. To remove a Branch Transfer Pricing %, select the **line **and click **Remove**.
3. Click **Save** to commit any changes.
