# Overview

The **Quote/Order Termination Codes **miscellaneous table allows you to define the Quote or Order Termination Codes used when voiding Sales Quotes and Orders. This is typically used for reporting purposes. 

# <span style="color: #003366">Viewing Quote/Order Termination Codes</span>

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu**, then navigate to **System Administration > System Tables > Miscellaneous Table Maintenance **from the navigation tree.
2. Into the **Table** field, type **Reason Codes - Quote/Order Termination Codes**, then click **Find**.
3. A current list of the Quote/Order Termination Codes are displayed

# <span style="color: #003366">Creating Quote/Order Termination Codes</span>

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu**, then navigate to **System Administration > System Tables > Miscellaneous Table Maintenance **from the navigation tree.
2. Into the **Table** field, type **Reason Codes - Quote/Order Termination Codes**, then click **Find**.
3. Click **Add**.
4. In the **Company **column, enter the Company to apply the reason code to.

> ⚠️ A message is displayed if you do not have access to a particular Company *"You do not have access to Company nn"*.

5. In the **Code** column, enter the Reason Code for the termination, for example, LOST, NR, etc.
6. In the **Description** column, enter a description for the Reason Code for the termination, for example, Lost to a competitor, Order no longer required, etc.
7. In the **Lost **column, enable the checkbox if you want to report that a Quote has been lost to a competitor or for some other reason if this termination code is selected, as opposed to just voiding the quote for other reasons.

> ⚠️ When a **Void Reason** that has been checked as **Lost** is selected in a **sales quote** you will need to enter the $ amount the order Lost by.

8. Click **Save** to commit the changes.

# <span style="color: #003366">Maintaining Quote/Order Termination Codes</span>

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu**, then navigate to **System Administration > System Tables > Miscellaneous Table Maintenance **from the navigation tree.
2. Into the **Table** field type **Reason Codes - Quote/Order Termination Codes**, then click **Find**.
3. Select the Reason Code you would like to change.
4. Update the fields as required.
5. Click **Save** to commit the changes.
