For more information about Diary Notes, click here. | | | | --- | --- | | **Field** | **Description** | | **Type** | Displays the type of diary note | | **Follow Up Date** | Displays the follow up date to indicate further action is required regarding the diary note.
> ⚠️ A reminder prompt containing the diary note is presented to the User ID who created it in the **Notifications** section of the [Frameworks Home Page](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28379174) on the applicable follow up date. | | **Entry Date** | Displays the date the diary note was created. | | **Entry Time** | Displays the time the diary note was created. | | **Created By** | Displays the User who created the diary note. | | **Perm** | If **ticked**, this diary note is permanent. Non-permanent notes can be purged using the special **Customer Diary Purge** program. | | **Print Manifest** | If **ticked**, the diary note is printed on the delivery manifest. |
