# Overview

The **Customer Statements **screen allows you to view the details for any statement that has been previously generated for a customer.

# Accessing the Customer Statements Screen

To access the **Customer Statements **screen, perform the following.

1. Click **Frameworks **then navigate to **Receivables > Enquiries > Customer Statements** from the navigation tree.

2. Using the filter options, type the **Customer ID **or click **Search **to open customer finder, then click **Find**.

# Navigating the Customer Statements Screen

<span style="color: #333333">Once you have opened up the Customer Statements screen you will be be able to view the statement information about the selected customer.</span>

<span style="color: #333333">This screen is made up of 3 sections, these are:</span>

## 1. The Search Section

In this section you can refine your search by **Customer** and **Company. **

> ℹ️ If your Frameworks has multiple company access, you the **Company **drop-down menu will be displayed and will default to your logged in company. Refer to [Operating Frameworks across multiple Companies](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28396178) for further information.

## 2. The Search Results

In the Results section, click the relevant **Date **hyperlink to open view the customers statement details

In the results section you will be able to quickly see:

- The **Company **Id, if your Frameworks is a multi-company and **All Companies **has been selected.
- The end **Date** of the customer statement period
- The **Current **statement value due for that period.
- The **Balance Due** for the period.

## 3. The Statement Details

The **Statement Details **section displays the statement information related to the statement period selected.

- Click **Print/Send** to print or email the statement to the customer.

| --- | --- |
| **Date** | Displays the date of the Statement period. |
| **Name** | Displays the Customer's name. |
| **Address, Suburb, State, Postcode** | Displays the Customer's address details. |
| **Current** | Displays the $ value due in the current period. |
| **30 / 60 / 90 / 120 Days** | Displays the $ value due in the 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 day period. |
| **Total Due** | Displays the total $ value of all aged periods due. |
| **Ref No** | Displays the transaction reference number for example the invoice or payment number. |
| **B/O** | Displays the Back Order Number. |
| **Type** | Displays the transaction type of either Invoice, Payment, Refund or Adjustment. |
| **Link** | Hyperlinks to the transaction details. |
| **Date** | Displays the Transaction Date. |
| **Amount** | Displays the Transaction Value. |
| **Discount** | Displays the Discount value. |
| **Balance** | Displays the Transaction Balance. |
| **Reference** | Displays the Reference information. |
