# Overview

Frameworks has some changes to **Mighty Rewards **from version 5.13.6 (M10) and 5.14. The main difference is better communication between Frameworks and the DCA database, allowing you to more easily access the information of <span style="color: #333333">customers who haven't traded in your store before.</span>

# <span style="color: #333333">Mighty Rewards Changes</span>

<span style="color: #333333">Below is a brief outline of the main changes:</span>

> ## Mighty Rewards Card Maintenance
> 
> Below is a list of changes to the [Mighty Rewards Card Maintenance](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28381314) screen
> 
> - **Card Number** search has been added to look up the **DCA Database **for the card and customer details.
>   - If the card number exists in your Frameworks database then these details will be displayed.
>   - If the card number does NOT exist in your Frameworks database then the details in the DCA database will be displayed.
>   - If the card number does NOT exist in your Frameworks or the DCA database, an error will be returned.
> - **The layout** of the details in the [Mighty Rewards Card Maintenance](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28381314) screen has been updated. This can be updated by running the [Retrieve Mighty Rewards SignUp Configuration](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28383736) scheduled task.
> - You can **Add New Customers** <span style="color: #333333">who haven't traded in your store before by using the new search icon </span>> Macro (inline-media-image)

> <span style="color: #333333"> to search for and populate their details.</span>
> - <span style="color: #333333">When </span><span style="color: #333333">**Replacing **</span><span style="color: #333333">a card or </span><span style="color: #333333">**Consolidating**</span><span style="color: #333333"> customer accounts</span><span style="color: #333333">** **</span><span style="color: #333333">you can search on and view their old card numbers.</span>

> ## DCA Search in Point of Sale
> 
> The new search icon > Macro (inline-media-image)
> 
>  allows you to search the **DCA database **within the Point of Sale (POS) screen. Here you can quickly search for customers who do NOT have their card on them and may or may not have <span style="color: #333333">traded in your store before.</span>
> 
> <span style="color: #333333">You can search for the customer's details using one of the following search criteria:</span>
> 
> - Their **Mobile Number**
> - Their **Email Address**
> - Their **First name** (at least 1 character) + **Last Name** (at least 2 characters) + Post Code
> 
> Selecting a customer NOT in your Frameworks database will open the **Mighty Rewards Card Registration **window allowing you to add them as a customer.

> ## New Customer Validations
> 
> When creating a new Mighty Rewards Account Frameworks will check the DCA database to see if a Mighty Rewards account already existed.
> 
> This validation check occurs when:
> 
> 1. Entering the **Email Address**. If the email address already exists in the DCA database the details will be automatically added to the **Mighty Rewards Card Registration **window. If the email address already exists in your Frameworks database for another Mighty Rewards account, it can NOT be used again.
> 2. Entering the **Card Number**. If the card number already exists in the DCA database the details will be automatically added to the **Mighty Rewards Card Registration **window, overwriting the email address.
> 
> > ⚠️ Role email addresses are NOT able to be used, for example, noreply@, sales@, etc. An error will be displayed notifying you of this.

> ## Automatic Update of Details
> 
> If a customer updates their details at another store or via the [https://rewards.mitre10.com.au/](https://rewards.mitre10.com.au/) website the details will also be shown as updated within [Mighty Rewards Card Maintenance](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28381314) screen.
